Enter the paintings and year of show that earned make you eligible for the Distinguished Signature status having had 10 paintings in the Annual Exhibition.

BY INVITATION ONLY

Application form to submit your Distinguished Signature status for verification. Please enter the three paintings (title of painting and year accepted) that garnered your Signature status. Secondly, please enter same for the additional 7 paintings that makes you eligible for the Distinguished Signature status. Please email us if you have ANY PROBLEMS with this form, or if you require other assistance or have additional questions.
