Sign-up to volunteer to help with critical tasks needed for the 2023 FWS Convention. You must be a ticketed Convention attendee, but our volunteers may include members and non-members of FWS. THANK YOU IN ADVANCE FOR YOUR SERVICE!

VOLUNTEER FOR FWS CONVENTION

The main ingredient to a successful Convention is by far the fact that each year so many fabulous volunteers come forward to make it so! There are lots of jobs needed to make FWS Convention successful - one for everyone's skill set! There is no shortage of opportunities!

Volunteer positions will be awarded on a first come, first serve basis, so sign up now to secure your favorite job choices! We need lots of people, so don't assume your help isn't needed. We have never had too much help! Please note that even though you request a slot, or you request a specific demo artist you wish to assist, that doesn't mean it will be available. We will try to fit you with the job/time slots you request to the extent possible.

And remember, we have the FWS Volunteer Show coming up in 2025. You must be a 2024 volunteer to be eligible to enter. Once you sign-up for your preferred jobs/times, SusanJane Donohoe, 2023 Volunteer Chair, will follow-up with you to confirm your schedule and prepare you for your FWS volunteer job.
